A little me time.

So your kids want some screen time. And let’s be honest, you could use a little downtime yourself. It’s OK. We’ve all been there. But too much screen time can lead to kids being inactive, tired, and cranky! Here’s a great tool we found to help get our child active in other things before his screen time. It also leads to a Momma who doesn’t feel ANY guilt about letting her son play NCAA or AngryBirds for a while. 🙂
